2. We confirm your pickup
You’ll receive a message within 24 hours confirming your scheduled pickup and delivery days. If you don't receive a "Welcome" email from info@northridgelaundrypickup.com upon signup, please check your junk folder, and add us as a contact, so you can ensure that you will receive our emails going forward.

3. Leave your laundry outside
On your pickup day, place your laundry in a bag (any bag for the first pickup) and leave it outside your front door by the scheduled time.

4. We handle everything
Your clothes are washed, dried, and neatly folded with care - no sorting, no stress.

5. Delivered back to your door
Your clean laundry is returned to your doorstep, ready to be put away.

6. Repeat weekly
Enjoy the convenience of a consistent weekly service — no need to rebook.

A few quick notes:

  • You can use any bag for your first pickup - we’ll provide laundry bags after that

  • Please avoid including delicate, dry-clean-only, or high-value items

  • You can modify or cancel your plan anytime

Lost or Damaged Items Policy

We take great care in handling your laundry. However, due to the nature of the service, we cannot guarantee against normal wear and tear, color fading, or minor shrinkage.

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we will review the situation and offer compensation based on the item's current value, not the original purchase price.

We recommend not including delicate, high-value, or specialty items in your laundry bags.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Where do I put my dirty laundry?
For your first service, please place your laundry in any bag (we recommend a medium garbage bag). When we return your clean clothes, you’ll receive 2+ reusable bags for future pickups.

2. What washing machine settings do you use?
All items are washed in cold water to help protect your clothes and prevent shrinking.

3. Do you dry all clothing in the dryer?
Most items are dried on low heat. To protect your clothes, certain items are air-dried, including hoodies and sweaters, jeans and dress pants, and dresses and blouses.

4. What detergent and dryer sheets do you use?
We use high-quality, fragrance-free detergent that’s safe for sensitive skin. Instead of dryer sheets, we use wool dryer balls to keep your clothes soft while avoiding added chemicals or strong scents.

If you have specific preferences (detergent, fabric softener, scent boosters, or dryer sheets), we’re happy to accommodate - just let us know.

5. Do you put away the clothes too?
With our standard service, your clean, folded clothes are returned in a clear bag outside your home.

You can also add our “Put-Away Service,” where we’ll come inside and neatly put your clothes away for you. We know this is often the most time-consuming part of laundry, and we’re happy to take it off your plate.

6. What other services do you offer?
"Sheet Swap Service": We’ll change your bed sheets for you as part of your pickup and delivery.

We recommend having two sets of sheets. When we drop off your clean laundry, we’ll remove your current sheets, place them with your dirty laundry, and replace them with a fresh, clean set.

Sheets should typically be changed once per week, but we know this can be hard to keep up with - so we’ve made it easy.

7. How long does it take?
Turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours from pickup to delivery.
