Terms & Service Policy
At NorthRidge Laundry Pickup, we aim to provide a simple, reliable, and high-quality laundry service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
General Service
Our service includes pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of your laundry. Service is provided on a recurring weekly basis unless modified or cancelled.
Garment Care
All items are washed in cold water and dried using standard settings unless otherwise specified. While we take care with every load, normal washing and drying may result in wear, fading, or shrinkage over time.
Delicate & Special Items
Customers are responsible for removing delicate, dry-clean-only, or high-value items prior to pickup. NorthRidge Laundry Pickup is not responsible for damage to such items if included.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an item is lost or damaged, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review each case and work toward a fair resolution.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for that order.
In-Home Services
For services such as Sheets Swap or Closet Put-Away, customers grant permission for us to enter the home as required to complete the service.
Access & Pickup
Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Missed pickups may result in service delays.
Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your service at any time by contacting us prior to your next scheduled pickup.
